10.1 Review your profile
Navigation: Settings > Profile.
Review first name, last name, username and role. Ask an administrator to correct account details or access through the user-management workflow. The profile display is not a documented self-service role editor.
10.2 Configure entity details
Navigation: Settings > Entity Details > Edit.
-
Confirm the entity name.
-
On initial setup, select financial year-end, financial reporting framework, reporting currency and number of classification levels.
-
Select the reporting classification level and disclosure-report orientation where editable.
-
Review the system current financial year.
-
A superadmin can set whether the entity uses DynamicVerify.
-
Select Save and review the displayed entity settings.
Several structural settings become read-only once initial values exist. Do not assume that changing the year-end, framework, currency or hierarchy is an ordinary ongoing edit. Contact the administrator if an established setup is incorrect.
Configuration choices should match approved reporting requirements before classifications or assets are loaded. Selecting a reporting framework does not automatically validate every asset's accounting policy.
10.3 Change the system current financial year
-
Open Settings > Entity Details > Edit.
-
Select an available System Current Financial Year.
-
Save and allow processing to finish.
-
Check the year shown in the header, dashboard and assets.
-
Regenerate the required reports and inspect their periods.
The year changes the entity's working/reporting context; coordinate it with other users. The available choices depend on the entity's historical data or take-on date. A year change can initiate related recalculation or verification processing. It is not the audited-status action described in Part 8.
10.4 Add and edit a user
Audience: Administrators. Navigation: Settings > Manage Users.
Add a user:
-
Select Add if available.
-
Enter first name, last name and email.
-
Enter and confirm the initial password using the displayed requirements.
-
Select an available User Role.
-
Save and verify the user appears in the list with the intended role.
-
Provide account information through your organisation's approved onboarding process.
The interface indicates a maximum of five users when the add-user limit is reached. Contact the account administrator if more users are needed. The offered roles are narrower than all role names recognised internally; select only an option actually provided by the form.
Edit a user: Open the user's action menu, select Edit User Detail, update the editable name and role fields, save and review the result. The username is read-only on this form. Some users' role fields may also be read-only.
10.5 Reset a user password
-
Open Settings > Manage Users.
-
Open the correct user's action menu and select Reset Password.
-
Verify the displayed username.
-
Enter and confirm the new password.
-
Save and follow your organisation's password-delivery process.
Do not assume an administrator reset sends the same email as the Forgot your password? workflow. Confirm the intended user's identity before changing credentials.
10.6 Delete a user
-
Open Settings > Manage Users.
-
Use the selected user's delete action where available.
-
Verify the person and read the confirmation.
-
Confirm and review the resulting user list.
Use the organisation's leaver/access-removal process. User deletion is different from deleting assets or audit history. The user-management page does not provide a documented bulk reassignment of that user's responsibilities.
The interface prevents deleting your own account through this menu. Ask another authorised administrator to manage that access change.
10.7 Review the audit trail
Audience: Administrators. Navigation: Settings > Audit Trail.
-
Choose All users or a specific user.
-
Select Generate.
-
Review Date, User, System, Action, Description and Changes.
-
Use Previous and Next to move through result pages.
-
Correlate the entry with the relevant asset, event, import or settings change.
The view includes configured DynamicAR and Dynamic Lease Register audit sources for the entity. Use System to distinguish them. This screen does not expose a documented date-range filter or Excel-export action. Do not assume every historic action has a field-by-field audit entry.
